I have a few casting characters and I've been using wands, staffs, and focus items for the longest time. I've been noticing other characters who have swords or other weapons that they use with a casting character, and I was wondering would be good for my monk.

Also, if there are casting swords/shields/spears etc that I could use for my Ele, Necro, or Mesmer then give me some suggestions on that too! Thanks, much love. :3

Usual castor wep is any martial weapon with a +5 energy mod and a +30hp mod. A totem axe words great

shields are either +5energy or +30hp and a +10 armour vs XXdmg type (XX being fire or earth etc)

+5E/+30HP Martial.
+30HP/+10ALvsType Shield. (One for every damage type)

The 20% Enchantments mod is kinda bad, as you get it on your staves, accompanied by HCT mods and a HRT that effects all spells.
